Keyboard shortcut does not format non java files

I have remapped keyboard shorcut Alt+Shift+F to Format with Eclipse formatter 4.5. If I format with this shortcut java files everythings is ok. But this shorcuts does not work in other file types (XML, HTML, XHTML etc.). This shortcut does nothing in this file types. If I use menu Source > Format with Eclipse formatter 4.5 everything works.
