Do you need a separate instance of WP-Stack for each site?

I have three production WP sites that i want to manage through the same workflow. Is there a way to call the capistrano job to specify which one, or do I need to create a wp-stack clone for each site?

Aha. Never mind. I have since realized this is a silly question, and that the Capistrano files track with the site.
