Hello
I have this message since the last update of the Nodejs package on my Synology !
path is ok, in root it works
npm makes the same error
It's not a pb with TooGoodToGoWatcher, but I'm desperate!
If you have ideas, leads...
It's been working so well for several months...

Well, found!
The folder that blocked access is visible when you do an ls -l on the /usr/local/bin directory :
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root Nov 38 14 22:11 npm -> ../lib/node_modules/npm/bin/npm-cli.js
And in this folder:
drwx------7 root root 4096 Nov 14 22:11 npm
Once access is restored to 755 on this other folder, (and TooGoodToGoWatcher, other nodejs tools) is found again, phew!
