Accessible vs Hosted confusing..

This information seems to be confusing to people. Particularly those extra flags in parenthesis behind the urls:

Accessible at http://xxx.demo.marklogic.com:yyy/ (internal)
Hosted at zzz.demo.marklogic.com (public)

This means you can open the demo ui with the xxx/yyy link, and it runs physically on zzz. It is hosted internally, but can be reached publicly (without vpn).

Maybe (internal) and (public) should be switched around, makes much more sense..

We should rename the data properties behind them as well, and make the create/edit page clearer as well. Replace the dropdowns behind accessible at/hosted at with checkboxes:

Accessible at [... url ...] requires VPN [✓]

  Hosted at [... server ...]    hosted externally [   ]
