Twilio character limit

Hey there,

When logging errors using your Twilio package, the message sometimes fails to send due to exceeding the Twilio character limit (mine is 1600 characters in the trial version, not sure if this is universal). I suppose the message should be truncated to the limit (or possibly a custom configurable limit) in order to enable all messages to send.
