Need a link to a FAQ

At least as a placeholder, we should have a prominent link to a FAQ or docs explaining what the site is. Maybe I'll set up a tumblr for this and that can just be a page on it, but for now it's fine to stub it out going to http://blog.activate.net/faq or something.

I added a “FAQ” link in the footer when the site's configured with one. I configured it for /no-faq-yet to show the link until there's really a page to link to.
