Was introduced along with ih implementation (#20).
Fine, im cannot be more than 59 anymore, but ih can be 24, which leads to the same crash on start when local time is inside the 23:55 ... 23:59 interval

Yes, you are right. It was a quick fix. I'll remove the ih all together.
