Put "powered by Giphy" attribution atfer the image URL

It's a little odd seeing the attribution before the URL. Switch from a format of
Powered by Gify [url]
to
[url] Powered by Gify

Bug on hipchat's end will only auto-insert the image if it's at the end 😢
