Radio stick at updata mode after firmware upgrade

Received upgrade file from qzlcdz.com. The file was "HG-UV98固件升级包-V1.0.1-190621（英文版).bin". Followed steps from user manual, then never power back on. Turn on power, radio has not responds at all. But still able to hold PTT bottom to get into up-data mode. "Host UpData..." still show up on screen.
When connected to updata software, it still able to communicate, still able to download file to the radio, but just never able to power back on. No matter how many times to upgrade with different firmware file, once complete, radio still not power back on.
Can someone help me to fix it?

Mr. Dale replied me indicated the firmware file should be only file in its folder while upgrade. I did, then the radio magically back to life.
