Allow the Globe key as a hotkey modifier key

Hello.
The modifier keys available for hotkeys are limited to Command and Control and Option and Shift.
We would like the Globe key to be allowed to reduce conflicts with other applications and macOS.

I don't know Swift, but I know some Keyboard stuff. I dont think it's possible as the Globe key (fn key) does not have a HID scan code.
