Can't extract tar.gz containing empty directory as root

archive.tar.gz

Marta can't open/extract the enclosed tar.gz archive. When I try to extract it, I retrieve an "Can't copy tmp" error:

When I open the archive, first step seems to work:

But opening the tmp directory again shows the above "Can't copy tmp" error, followed by a further error:

MacOS Finder extracts the archive without any problems. I think the error is caused by the root directory "/tmp" in the archive.
