Running Gnome-Books 3.16.0 in Fedora 22, Gnome 3.16.
I have created a folder named Books in my Home folder. Added 2 books in epub format, But the application doesn't show the books in collection nor in recent.

So, moving that directory inside $HOME/Documents fixed it. For the moment, the app is dependent on Gnome Documents and that is why I believe the folder should be inside $HOME/Documents instead of $HOME/Books I am able to see the books. But unable to get the full preview (Since it is not available yet).
