Add support for ARM

Would it be possible to add support for ARM? I'm running this on the Raspberry Pi and it would be nice to use your image (as it's maintained) instead of building my own one.

The commands I used to build for all are:

buildx create --name mybuilder --driver docker-container --use
buildx build --push --platform linux/amd64,linux/arm64 -t ursuad/limesurvey:v5.6.9 .

Hi, we can add that for sure. I probably only have to adjust the GitHub actions, I can look into that.

Hi,

the build is still running while I write this, but the first ARM Images should already be uploaded.

All future releases will now have both AMD and ARM Images automatically.
