Identify mmcblk devices as MMC

Currently a mmcblk device is shown as having a bus type of UNK.

mmcblk, SD cards etc should be identified as MMC and not UNK

Think I have CF cards but only PCI Adapter, not PCIe

I've got a GEO laptop its main 64GB drive being mmcblk so can test on that.
