Move Sample Solution To Its Own Repository

Having the sample solution for using the wrapper in the main repository skews the metrics about the code base, and also creates a bit of bloat for if someone wants to fork it etc.
Instead, create a new repository just for the sample solution.

As the code is a lot more neater for .NET Core SDK as part of #39, sample will return to the repo.
