Liberation Day is not always a public holiday in all sectors in the Netherlands. For the most sectors it’s only a day off at Lustrum years (2020, 2025) since 2020. Would it be possible to add a configuration future / flag for this?

I’m not that familiar with forks and PR’s on GitHub, but I decided try it out and add the option myself and create a Pull Request. Hope you can merge it. Sorry if i messed up.
