get_iplayer_genrss is a utility for creating a rss or podcast feed from the get_iplayer download history.

get_iplayer_genrss creates an rss file by looking through the download_history file created by get_iplayer, this file can then be hosted on a webserver to provide access to iplayer downloads by combining with get_iplayer's DVR function and an rss client it creates an automatted download and notification platform
