Update to version 12.0.1

Hey,
would be great if you could handle to upgrade this image to version 12.0.1. The Updater app doesn't work, because of "additional files found"-error for "/apps2".
I think somehow the whole dockerfile needs to be changed.

Hi,
To upgrade nextcloud you need to log in to the nextcloud container and move/remove the /apps2 folder and then try the web update.

log into your container and delete the directory/symlink "/nextcloud/apps2"
