Since main site has a new style, update this web-site to the style of main site
Describe the solution you'd like
At least shall be:
- added modern template
- added favicon of mases
- changed the footer to report info on MASES
- no more use chocolatey, instead invoke:
dotnet tool update -g docfx - review menu
