pr템플릿 제목, 라우터, 컬러, 폰트, 폴더구조
폴더구조
ErrorHandler,ScrollToTop과같은 wrapper속성의 컴포넌트 directory구조 고민component,elements,types와 같은 폴더 내부의 구성물을 명확하게 폴더 목적에 맞게 구분(constants폴더도 생성예정)

- 브렌치 전략 수정
- router 분리
- color 마이그레이션
- font 마이그레이션
