Blutopia has incorrect URL

I am unable to get blutopia to work and realized that they have changed their URL to https://blutopia.cc/login from blutopia.xyz. Not sure if this is the only issue I am having as Aither is similarly failing although the URL seems correct on that. I can open a PR to change the URL but keep having issues with the config just not respecting any changes.
