Is it possible to enable mypy in certain projects?

I've only project needing mypy, while others are not.

I wonder how to enable mypy checking for that one only ?

Hi, this has already been requested here: #41 (that issue refers specifically to multi-root workspaces but it's the same thing)
Please see that issue for a suggested workaround until this is implemented
