alt text missing from the emoji img tags

When the emoji img tags are embedded there is no alt text included. The alt could be set to the code for the emoji, eg. alt=":smile:", or alt="smile emjoi".

Sorry for the delayed reply @beardypig, the alt and title attributes are now available from version 0.2.4 (see 54eddd135ad11789a9b39e4750b8fcee07f0b410).
