Downloading or cloning Shrine starter app in MDC-101 Set up your development environment will give already done app

I'm unable to reproduce this. When I download the .zip file, I see the 101 starter app. Note that the starter app is not a blank app - it has resources, code snippets, and infrastructure needed for 102 and beyond.

I'm closing this. If you still see this issue, please reopen.

I found the point. When I was submitting the issue there was no git checkout 101-starter. So I was on the master branch where everything is done.
