MDC-102 ( Kotlin & Java ), can't see Tool Bar on my devices

Describe the bug
ToolBar Top doesn't appear in my 2 AVD and on my real device.
What I try
I try to follow the steps tutorial, and it's not working for me. And I try to load MDC_103 and it's the same.

It's was my fault, cause didn't understand how it works.
Just need to click on the button with a valid password to switch interface and see it.
