start running automatic tests on CI

there are apparently automatic tests in the test/ subfolder
according to Snehal
Grunt tests are written in a way that it opens the browser, follows the steps and closes it at the end.
Currently we do not have any headless testing as it is called to test the web application without opening browser. One common tool is PhantomJS. Elsa was working on it to add tests for monitor server for materials cloud but I guess she didn't manage to finish it.
