play error

I just installed the app through the tv's developer mode. The app opens perfectly, I can access it with my username and password, I see my stories, my favorite series, everything is perfect. But when I hit play any chapter, it doesn't play and gives this error:

No streams to load. Error: No strams to load, at file:///media/developer/apps/usr/palm/applications/com.crunchyroll.webos/scripts/main.js:5089:31 at setp

Could you tell me what I'm doing wrong? How can I fix it?

thank you

@spartero please provide a bit more details to help debugging...

  • Do you watch episodes in what audio language?
  • Do you watch episodes with what subtitles?
  • What anime/season/episode are you trying to watch?

I get the same error. I tried to watch the first episode of Shangri-La Frontier with German audio without subtitles. On the browser I can start the episode.

Thanks for answering, I will answer you

  • Do you watch episodes in which audio language?

In cronchyroll preferences, I have Spanish from Spain activated, but I have tried all the options available in the app and it always gives the same error

  • Do you watch episodes with what subtitles?

In Cronchyroll preferences, I have Spanish Spanish substitutions activated

  • What anime/season/episode are you trying to watch?

In all episodes and seasons of Log Horizon and in The Daily Life of the immortal king

@spartero @Oudstand this bug has been fixed in the new app version. Can you test?

@mateussouzaweb I didn't have much time to test, but the episode started now. Thanks for your work!

Good afternoon, yesterday it got complicated and I couldn't check the new version of the app. The videos are loaded, but the Spanish substitutes are not loaded, which I have defined in the platform's preferences. If I go to any other anime. If it is not available in Spanish, they activate the Spanish subtitles. But in the two animes, indicated above, even though I change the options that appear in the app, when the anime is selected. I can listen to the anime in the different languages that are available, but the substitutes are not loaded. El mar, 6 feb 2024 a las 7:08, Oudstand @.>) escribió:

That is expected until the app gets support to select stream audio / subtitle. I found out that the stream with subtitles is not always available, so that is what triggered the error and the only fix was to use the stream without subtitles. A future app version should improve this...
