Black flickering of Menu when cell tapped

First: Thanks for the menu - it's great. Unfortunately there seems to be a small issue with a flickering black tableview but only sometimes when I press on a cell in the menu. It seems to be the same issue as this one: #129 but the solution in issue #18 did not help. I connected all the segues from the tableview not the cells as shown in the video. Same issue on the simulators and devices for iOS 8 und 9.
