Activities/Rooms can be edited by anyone by editing the ggb side menu bar

The geogebra side menu bar allows anyone to edit the activity by deleting or duplicating points. Whether they're the owner/in control or not.
Our options for handling this are to undo any events after they happen by someone who isn't the owner (for an activity) or isn't in control (for a room). Or to somehow prevent the action in the first place ?
