Smooth out panel intersection at the nose

Airpup's nose intersection has a slight divot that needs to be removed. This divot lowers airpup's nose and makes it somewhat fin-like, which is undesireable. It is a by-product of scaling the envelope and changes in material stretch related to scale.
v2-ENVELOPE.DXF should fix this issue, but a new envelope is needed to verify.

Revised v2 envelope has repaired the nose divot:
The solution was a longer point. This was implemented by Daniel Hogan at Blimpworks. Drawings are as-built.
