Define bridle point for lifting a payload on the line

Several Airpup users want to lift instrumentation on the flying line, rather than in Airpup's belly. This requires adjusting the bridle towards the back so that Airpup maintains the appropriate angle of attack. This point needs to be defined, and instructions created for setting it.
