Remove code snippet not working

according to the docs:

Can I remove a snippet from my test case?
Absolutely. Just edit the test case, clear the ‘title’ and ‘code’ fields for the snippet you want to remove and save your changes.

but when attempting to do so it is acting as if the title field is required for a snippet and will not let me remove it. Once I hit save it refreshes the page and get the following message next to the snippet in question
