slide show: create slides inside SDB

There should be an editor with which the slides for the slide show can be created. It should be able to select the following:

• background image (will be scaled to fit while keeping the dimension ratio)
• text elements / blocks
  • with selectable font face, size, weight (bold), style (italic) and color
  • can be placed anywhere on the screen

These slides should be saved into a new subdirectory of the data directory named "slides", use an XML file format and be named according to the desired order - or alternatively be named according to their ID, and an extra XML file should take care of the slides which should be displayed an in which order.

This seems too complicated compared with the prospective benefits.
