fix focus issues when filtering

The focus has to be maintained consistently when filtering and selecting for presentation. Up/down keys have to work even if the "selected" song was just filtered away.
When filtering, the focus should be (and stay) on the first match in the list below.

Another problem: when first presenting a song, the focus stays on the new window.

Also implement shortcuts that make sense.
