Describe the bug
I have the old flagship model as well as the newer Turing Smart Screen model. The older one runs fine with python, but I can't get the other one running. I have tried unplugging the flagship and trying each com port etc, it just never changes from the 'please run the app' screen.

  • Revision of this project / latest release
  • OS with version / w11 23h2
  • Python version / 3.12
  • Hardware [e.g. Intel CPU, Nvidia GPU, Raspberry Pi 3 B+ ...] / i9-11900k / rx6900xt / z590
