There are 2 programs to control your smart screen:
- "Turing Smart Screen" the original Windows program provided by Turing. This is the one from your screenshot. It has been developed by Turing company
turing-smart-screen-python
an open-source program that has been developed here on Github
Both programs can control your screen but features and themes are different. Some themes are the same because they have been copied from one program to the other.
bash-dark-green-gpu
theme is only available for turing-smart-screen-python
If you want to keep "Turing Smart Screen" from your screenshot, you can only use the themes listed.
If you want to use turing-smart-screen-python
instead, you can follow this documentation https://github.com/mathoudebine/turing-smart-screen-python/wiki/System-monitor-:-how-to-start

Thanks you so much for your direct answer. I'll check that amount this weekend because my schedule has almost no room left
