How to Toggle off internal apache access logs

Currently, when runing apache based container (ex: matomo:latest), we get access logs printed to the console (or to whatever log collector we use).
In production environment it can produce a lot of logs, which could be doublon with proxy logs and are not very useful

Is there a way to disable apache access logs, through an environment variable for example ?
