Documentation for dictionary

I see a lot of commits related to dictionary functionality and am curious about it - can we add description/usage instructions to documentation?

I have to admit this feature again was added by another contributor and i don't know exactly how to use it but by deduction of the features it has, it basically runs text through any command line program and outputs the results.

I guess in short it lets you run text through an external interpreter, it's primarily designed to be used as a translator but can be used for other things.

There's a few screenshots in the pull request.

Got it, I guess its more of a niche feature than I assumed!
