The STP Files appear to be invalid.
They will open with any program capable of reading them, but produce an empty model.

I have the same problem. The STEP processor error log says that they are incomplete files.

Sorry for the trouble you were having. We originally made the case design in STL so it seems like it got corrupted when we converted it.
We suggest you try to import the STL and see if that works for you.

I've also tried importing the stl in both Solidworks and Creo, but neither
worked. Even our software for our 3D printer could not open the stl.

This is still a problem. The STL files do not open in any editor or slicer that I've tried.
