Please open issues in the element-web project

Hello, I am facing an issue with launching the Element web page on the local development environment, I don't have to run the entire application I want to run only the front-end react application, but when I run this command which is yarn start it will start building the app which I don't want, can you please tell me how can I run this locally without hitting the matrix-element server?
