Unread rooms should be displayed in the notifications panel

We should show all rooms (DMs, Worlds, and Rooms) with unread messages in the notifications panel. Clicking on the notifications button in the top right can then take you to this tab.

Do we remove the existing notification badge from the Home and DM tab if we display unread rooms here?
