Integrating multiple modes

Hello,
I have a network with PT vehicles (buses), and I need to integrate taxis, robotaxis, and autonomous shuttles.
I tried first the code in matsim code examples that deals with taxis but I got the error "matsim could not find the scenario called (my folder's name)".
I need to know which code to use for each of these kinds of vehicles, and which one for the integration with PT vehicles on the same network?
