Trouble with the simulation

Hi, I´m a beginner at Matsim. I am having real trouble making my agents stick to the times put on the plans file when I see it in simunto, this is a project where the agents show trains departuring and arriving to stations (nodes) and it is required for them to be accurate in terms of arrival and departure.
I have checked the config file and the speeds of the links and it all seems okay, but is there any chance you guys can tell me what is going on by sharing the config, network and plans files?
