Hi, thank you for so helpful package!
It's often very useful to view the exact JSON request that was generated by various DSL calls and sent to Elastic. Please see my PR #193, also added an example.
Not sure if tests are necessary here. If it's ok, I'll also add tracing call to BulkIndexer.
