Handle more than one bundle

It would be great to be able to specify more than one entry and more than one bundle served. For example one bundle for the app and one for another container in the page (for example a sidebar or navbar).

Is it already possible using programmatic API? Is there already some example available. In alternative, could this become a feature request, I could try to implement a PR.
