Rename Demo Apps section

Hi. I suggest renaming Demo Apps section to Other Awesome Lists. I think it will be better because we have two repositories with apps for macOS and iOS. If we rename it we will be able to add more awesome lists related to swift/iOS/macOS.
What do you think guys @matteocrippa @dkhamsing @vpeschenkov ?
It would be nice if they to do the same 🖌 at least of swift, iOS, is not the right word, but they are a kinda "competitor"
At the beginning we can rename that and list only the open sourced apps awesome list, than figure out how to manage other.

Not only swift apps. It contains a lot of open-source macOS apps written in different languages.
Ok, let me say the important stuff is that contains swift related stuff in order to have a logic link to be listed here
