Improvement: plugins should do a replacement in 'Direct messages' for people in scoped teams

We use Mattermost in a big organisation.

We defined autolinks for some channels of a specific team.
However the token are not replaced in the Direct Messages.

That would be great to have autolink replacement also in Direct Messages for people part of the scoped teams.

Or as a workaround, to be able to put Member names in scope like:

 "Scope": ["team/town-square", "@john", "@doe"]
