Connect users as leaders

Now users are connected as attendances and because of that, they cannot, for example, present their desktops, etc.
There are two options in my mind to consider:
- The creator of a meeting could be automatically marked as a leader
- Everyone in the same enterprise, who joins the meeting, would be automatically marked as a leader

I updated the release, so now users in the same enterprises, are marked as leaders in meetings created by the plugin. You can download the latest version here:
