Are there any plans to add a statement of approval (jsm)?

I would like to receive notifications about approvals in private messages, as happens with mentions in comments.

@mrhean195 It seems that this is a feature of Jira Service Desk, which is out of scope of what this plugin can support https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-approvals

It’s not entirely clear what problem/feature you are talking about, could you please clarify?
We are also talking about the data center version of jira
