themes.yml not shipped?

I cannot see it in my installed version of the gem 1.3.6

No such file or directory - vendor/ruby/1.9.1/gems/googlecharts-1.3.6/lib/gchart/../themes.yml

I see it in the git repository but might not be bundled anymore in the gem?
